Operations Coordinator for Comfort Inn

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at Comfort Inn. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative aspects of our hotel, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish work priorities and ensure that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate and plan office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Private sector experience is preferred.

- Owning a vehicle is essential.
- Tight deadlines require strong time management skills.
- Attention to detail is crucial in this role.
$40,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
