Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at Comfort Inn. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative aspects of our hotel, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate and plan office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Private sector experience is preferred.
Computer and Technology Knowledge:
  • MS Excel
  • MS Office
  • MS Outlook
  • MS Word
Transportation/Travel Information:
  • Owning a vehicle is essential.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Tight deadlines require strong time management skills.
  • Attention to detail is crucial in this role.
Estimated Salary Range:

$40,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
