Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper and Payroll Specialist to join our team at Comfort Inn. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.
  • Prepare and process cheques for payroll, as well as other financial transactions.
  • Calculate depreciation and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Perform reconciliations and maintain the accuracy of financial data.
  • Prepare tax returns and other statutory reports.
Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping and payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of financial software and systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Estimated Salary
