Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.

  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that all food is prepared and served to the highest quality standards.
    • Implement and maintain a food safety program to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
    • Manage our inventory and supplies to minimize waste and reduce costs.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
    • Monitor customer feedback and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Reporting and Record Keeping
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
    • Maintain accurate records of staff performance, customer feedback, and inventory levels.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
    • Ability to train and develop staff.
Working Conditions

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with frequent exposure to noise, heat, and kitchen equipment. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
