Overview

The Quaker Sales Planning Analyst position is a key role within the Quaker Sales Planning team, responsible for providing analytical support to drive sales, profit, and share targets. This role will work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver business results and support the internal annual business planning cycle and external Joint Business Planning (JBP) cycle with the customer development team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the President's Topline Report, as well as own the Quaker periodic data in Nielsen.
  • Lead sales fundamentals and execution reporting, working closely with cross-functional partners.
  • Conduct post-game analysis on innovation and programs, sharing key insights with the organization.
  • Manage perfect launch tools (innovation and in-store programming) for the customer development team.
  • Support cross-functional partners in annual business planning, including business review, strategy, and Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
  • Support the customer development team in JBP.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of category, customer, consumer, and competitive activity, with the ability to integrate knowledge into a compelling sales story.
  • Strong bias towards action and a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and demonstrated computer literacy and application.
  • Familiarity with Nielsen, customer data sources (LDIA, IRI, Retail Link), and Power BI.
