Job Title: Chemical Management Site Operations Manager

The Chemico Group is seeking a highly skilled Chemical Management Site Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Chemical Management Site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the site operates efficiently and effectively, while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Chemical Management Site Program, ensuring all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage and supervise Chemico site personnel, ensuring they have the necessary training and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency, while maintaining the highest level of quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including ISO and customer requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on site operations and performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or Biochemistry.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in chemical management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of chemical management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
