Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

At CANADA INC, we are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including budget and timeline updates.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the work site is maintained in a safe and clean condition.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including ordering materials and equipment, and requisitioning supplies.
  • Recruit and hire workers, and conduct related staffing actions.
  • Train or arrange for training, and ensure that all team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Estimate costs and materials, and ensure that all projects are completed within budget.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings, and ensure that all construction work is carried out in accordance with plans and specifications.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
Work Environment:

The work site environment is noisy and dusty, and the work setting is construction, commercial, and residential. The work conditions and physical capabilities require the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
