Operations Manager

Naples Pizza is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Allocate Resources: Manage the allocation of materials, human resources, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Establish Objectives: Set objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Represent the Organization: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
- Supervise Staff: Supervise a team of 5-10 people and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in operations management.
- Area of Specialization: Operations management.
