Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Wandering River A&W. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Package take-out food and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, taking orders and handling payments with a smile.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars, receiving, unpacking, and storing supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Handle and store cleaning products, removing kitchen garbage and trash, and sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Work Environment:

As a Food Counter Attendant at Wandering River A&W, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure. You will be part of a team that values client focus, reliability, and teamwork.
