Job Title: Charge Radiology Technologist

Shared Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Radiology Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our Diagnostic Services department, you will be responsible for the daily operation of the Radiology Diagnostic Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with diagnostic service operations to ensure seamless departmental functions.
  • Supervise and coordinate work flow, promote teamwork, and maintain a safe environment in accordance with professional and provincial guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance programs and maintain standards put forth by Accreditation.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative, supervisory, technical, and educational strategies to enhance departmental performance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum five years recent extensive work experience, including supervisory and/or administrative experience.
  • Graduate of an approved Medical Radiography program with attained certification by the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT).
  • Active registration with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Fluent language skills in both French and English.
