Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Genesis Exotic Market Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, managing sales and operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train sales staff to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking merchandise
- Authorize payments and resolve customer complaints
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing displays and exhibits
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- Manage cash and oversee payroll administration
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in retail or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability and dependability
Our retail store is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
