Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Genesis Exotic Market Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train sales staff to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records
- Authorize payments and handle cash transactions
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to ensure they meet performance expectations
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
- 3-4 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
