About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Bison Tonneau Covers. As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support to our team members.
Responsibilities- Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Scheduling Appointments: Schedule appointments and meetings with clients and stakeholders, ensuring that all necessary information is available and up-to-date.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales, and other relevant information.
- Office Supplies: Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are available for use.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations as needed.
- Greeting Clients: Greet clients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Technology: Develop proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other software applications used by our team.
- Security and Safety: Ensure that all security and safety protocols are followed, including confidentiality agreements and data protection policies.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team Player: Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability when needed.
