Customer Service Supervisor Job Description

The Customer Service Supervisor will oversee a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that they understand and communicate all customer service objectives and obligations. This role requires strong leadership and analytical skills to design and implement policies, programs, and systems that meet internal customer service objectives and legal and regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with customer service policies and procedures
  • Design and implement policies, programs, and systems to enhance service quality and efficiency
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to address customer complaints
  • Collaborate with operational managers to identify and resolve customer problems
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in customer service, including 3 years in the transportation field
  • Fluently bilingual, both written and spoken
  • Active listening skills and proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate initiative and proactivity, with strong personnel management and mobilization skills
  • Knowledge of office automation and comfortable with computer systems
  • College diploma and analytical mindset
