Job Title: Service Centre Supervisor, Night Shift

As a Service Centre Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Service Centre staff to achieve operational excellence and meet customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and safety in the Service Centre.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Manage and develop the skills and knowledge of team members to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a production, manufacturing, logistics, or customer service environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving operational excellence and improving productivity.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
