Job Overview

As a Retail Store Supervisor at Savers/Value Village, you'll play a vital role in driving store success and developing your team members. You'll be responsible for making important decisions that impact the store's performance and continuously empower your team to achieve their best.



Responsibilities

  • Lead front-end operations, production, and community donation teams to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, customer experience, and team engagement.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and career growth opportunities.
  • Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store appearance to maintain a high-quality shopping environment.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, vendors, and local communities to drive business growth and social responsibility.

Requirements
