Job Summary:

At BAWA CONSTRUCTION INC, we are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of our residential construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify and address any potential issues or hazards.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment expenses.
  • Develop and implement effective project schedules and timelines.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects meet design and regulatory requirements.
  • Recruit, train, and manage construction staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed, and that the work site is maintained in a safe and clean condition.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Work Environment:
  • Residential construction projects in urban and rural areas.
  • Flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends.
