Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Banking Officer to join our team at Bank of Montreal. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing new business proposals and presentations to clients and prospects.
  • Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate products or services using relationship selling techniques.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business objectives.
  • Analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Review overdraft and other monitoring reports with Private Bankers and take action accordingly.
Requirements
  • Typically between 2-3 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field of study.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is an asset.
  • Must meet the licensing and certification requirements for the team/branch/jurisdiction.
  • Working knowledge of personal and commercial credit and non-credit products, monitoring/operational processes, and applications.
