Primary Care Sales Expert

Valeo Pharma is seeking a talented Primary Care Sales Expert to join our team in the Kitchener/Hamilton/Niagara area, focusing on Respiratory Specialty and Primary Care sales.
This role involves developing business relationships with GPs and Specialists and other Healthcare providers in a community setting, assisting in executing brand plans that support the growth and profitability of our brands while working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
About the RoleThis position requires a highly motivated and dynamic team player with strong communication skills, capable of building productive relationships with healthcare professionals and driving sales growth in the territory.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, preferably in the respiratory field, and possess excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage own workload while multi-tasking to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve sales targets by implementing assigned sales plans and formulating effective client call strategies to maximize opportunities in the territory.
- Develop and maintain a sales plan for the territory using our CRM system.
- Seek out new promotional opportunities to drive sales and raise brand awareness.
- Conduct sales calls on GP's, Specialists, clinics, and pharmacies within the territory to promote and sell products.
The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging in a dialogue with customers to determine patients' needs and determining how our products could meet those needs.
