Building Materials Department Head

Why You'll Love This Role: As the Building Materials Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, leading our Building Materials Department to success. Reporting to the Director of Retail, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Shape our vision and values in the department, ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
- Develop strategic operating plans and budgets, and design eye-catching merchandising programs.
- Optimize sales and margins through efficient buying, inventory management, and pricing strategies.
- Build and nurture a high-performing team through hiring, training, coaching, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate closely with other departments and suppliers to drive seamless operations.
