Medical Imaging Technologist II

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Radiography Technologist II to join our Radiology department at St. Johns Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing all duties related to general radiography, including assuming the responsibilities of the Head Technologist in their absence.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform radiographic procedures using various imaging modalities
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care
• Supervise and mentor junior staff members
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements
• Graduation from an accredited radiology technology program
• Current certification with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiological Technologists (CAMRT) and eligible for membership with the BC Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (BCAMRT) and/or CAMRT
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with healthcare teams
• Physical ability to perform the duties of the position
