We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at All Weather Windows Ltd. in Red Deer. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of quality in our products.
Key Responsibilities- Operate a service truck and perform local and out-of-town service calls to repair and install windows and doors.
- Conduct on-site repairs and installations, including glass and site glazing.
- Inspect job sites, measure sealed units, and replace capping and caulking.
- Handle on-site problems and perform heavy lifting of glass.
- Maintain detailed paperwork and train Service Assistants.
- Represent the company in contacts with dealers, contractors, and homeowners.
- Comply with all Health & Safety regulations.
- Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools.
- Good customer relations, written and verbal communication skills.
- Innovative and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work at heights over 12 feet and lift at least 50 lbs.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License and clean Driver's Abstract.
- Pass pre-employment Drug & Alcohol Testing.
