Who We're Looking For

We're seeking an individual who shares our passion for the great Canadian outdoors and lives the Sporting Life. You should be enthusiastic about skiing, snowboarding, cycling, running, and tennis, and believe in the spirit of teamwork, innovation, and collaboration with the best leaders, associates, and vendors in the business.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional boot-fitting services, ensuring customers have everything needed for their next mountain trip, including introducing them to other associates for additional shopping needs.
  • Accurately identify problems and recommend customized boot fits and custom footbeds for both recreational and competitive skiers.
  • Contribute to achieving service, store readiness, and safety practices, as well as compliance with Sporting Life policies.
  • Maintain organized paperwork, tools, and workstations.
