About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Snowsports Boot Fitting Specialist to join our team at Sherway Gardens. As a key member of our team, you'll provide exceptional boot-fitting services, ensuring customers have everything they need for their next mountain adventure. This includes introducing customers to other associates to assist with their shopping needs.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding boot-fitting services, including add-on sales and escorting customers to the cash or introducing them to other associates for assistance.
  • Accurately identify customer needs for customized boot fits and custom footbeds to satisfy both recreational and competitive skiers.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve service, store readiness, and safety practices, as well as compliance with Sporting Life policies.
  • Maintain organized paperwork, tools, and workstations.

  • Advanced skiing ability, either as a competitor or a recreational skier.

  • Desire to continually learn and develop knowledge around products.
  • Boot-fitting certification would be an asset.
