As a Claims Adjuster at Northbridge Financial Corporation, you will be part of a team that prides itself on attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Your role will involve investigating and evaluating complex claims, managing stressful calls, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and evaluate complex claims, including personal lines damages and potential exposure to catastrophic events
  • Manage stressful calls and clearly communicate decisions to claimants
  • Effectively manage a busy schedule and prioritize tasks
  • Provide a great customer experience and build strong relationships with claimants, brokers, and contractors
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in an insurance-focused program or related field
  • Completed or working towards the CIP designation
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of property claims handling experience
  • Experience with Xactimate and Encircle is an asset
  • Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite
  • Ability to clearly communicate with claimants, brokers, and contractors
