About the Role

Xpera is seeking a highly skilled Senior Liability Claims Adjuster to join our team. As a key member of our claims team, you will be responsible for adjusting claims while ensuring business development opportunities are maximized.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adjust claims in a timely and efficient manner
  • Market and follow up on business development opportunities
  • Manage a dynamic portfolio of claims
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in claims adjusting
  • Strong working knowledge of third-party liability claims
  • Experience in conducting detailed interviews and policy review
  • Ability to maintain accurate file documentation and ensure file expenses are in order
  • Strong commitment to ongoing education and learning
Preferred Qualifications
  • CIP designation or working towards designation
  • Previous claim adjusting experience in a similar role
