Restaurant Supervisor Job Summary

At A&W, we are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and the ability to lead a team of staff in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring that all staff are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Train Staff: Provide on-the-job training to staff members, teaching them the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet the high standards expected by A&W.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Prepare food order summaries for the chef and perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Certifications: Food Safety Certificate is required.
Work Environment:

The Restaurant Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 5-10 people. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity in a busy restaurant setting.
