Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate service calls to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues
  • Dispatch technicians to customer locations and ensure that they have the necessary information and resources to complete their tasks
  • Follow up with customers after each service call to ensure that they are satisfied with the service provided
  • Manage and respond to customer messages and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Optimize and maintain the technician's appointment calendar and roadmap to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
  • Evaluate and forecast daily and weekly workload to ensure that the team is adequately staffed and equipped to meet customer demands
  • Perform administrative tasks related to invoicing and updating customer files
Requirements:
  • Exceptional command of French and English (bilingualism)
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in telephone customer service and after-sales service
  • Geographical knowledge of the service area or ability to read maps
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry or telemetry (asset)
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt, learn and demonstrate curiosity
  • Analytical skills are beneficial but not mandatory
  • Decision-making, initiative and proactive attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and resourcefulness in decision-making
  • Autonomy, initiative and sense of responsibility
  • Strong ability to work as part of a team
  • Thoroughness, commitment to excellence and attention to detail
  • Strong sense of customer service and irreproachable professional ethics
