About the Role:
Sephora is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Beauty Advisor. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales through product knowledge and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Greet clients with enthusiasm, provide courteous and knowledgeable service, and determine client needs to suggest relevant products.
- Training & Development: Complete in-depth brand training, pursue additional product knowledge, and cross-train other Beauty Advisors to ensure operational excellence.
- Operational Excellence: Participate in inventory control, communicate inventory issues, and ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years in retail or service industry.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to influence business partners, and flexible work schedule.
What We Offer:
- Compensation: CAD$19.40- CAD$22.80 per hour.
