Job Title: Beauty Advisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to clients, understanding their needs and preferences to offer tailored product recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends, sharing expertise with clients and colleagues to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment, maintaining a clean and organized store, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, driving career growth and success.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in retail or service industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
