We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Senior Beauty Sales Consultant at Orchard Park Shopping. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and promoting our beauty products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our beauty products and services to effectively promote and sell to customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to ensure a positive and memorable experience for every guest.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively merchandising and promoting our products to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support the overall success of the team.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with beauty products and services, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Time Management: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
