Job Title: Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

About the Role:

The Senior Salesforce Business Analyst will be responsible for building and maintaining Salesforce solutions that meet the complex business needs of our organization. This role will involve working closely with internal stakeholders and technology teams to automate and improve business processes, and to deliver solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to collect business requirements, research and identify end-user needs, manage change requests, and convert business requirements into functional requirements.
  • Explain complex systems and technical topics in a clear, concise manner to others who may have minimal technical knowledge using oral, written and visual presentations.
  • Create user stories and new process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for our stakeholders.
  • Act as liaison between business stakeholders and the tech team to define, prioritize, tasks and deliverables.
  • Ensure that new features are implemented according to specification, through collaborating with development and quality assurance groups.
  • Coordinate testing with business stakeholders, review test scenarios, conduct UAT sessions in collaboration with the quality assurance team.
  • Manage and communicate the status of deliverables, issues and risks across multiple work streams.
  • Contribute to providing training resources for cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate the key features and values of products to clients and end users.
  • Assist in the prioritization of helpdesk tickets that involve product issues.
Requirements:
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM in the capacity of Business Analyst/Product owner.
  • Strong analytical, leadership and interpersonal skills; team-oriented.
  • Proven track record of the ability to identify and interpret business requirements into application (functional) requirements and IT solutions.
  • Experience with a large, functionally diverse, and informed user base that demands high quality applications is desired.
