Senior Business Analyst - Salesforce Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Salesforce and nCino projects. This role requires individuals who are detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of handling complex business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and comprehend business needs, then convert them into technical solutions.
  • Work with stakeholders to collect and clarify project specifications.
  • Offer specialized knowledge in Salesforce and nCino development and setup.
  • Perform thorough technical analysis and create detailed documentation.
  • Engage in the planning and implementation phases of projects.
  • Ensure solutions meet business goals and adhere to industry standards.
  • Assist with user training and the rollout of new systems.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years demonstrated experience with Salesforce
  • 2+ years demonstrated experience with nCino
  • Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies
  • Knowledge of Banking processes and products a must
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Agile certifications
