Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at 1192820 B.C. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective management of inventory, staff, and resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting performance expectations and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Operations Management: Develop and implement processes to improve warehouse efficiency, productivity, and safety, including coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse performance, including inventory levels, stock movements, and staff productivity.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues, providing technical advice and recommendations to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain management role
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
