Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to join our team at B D Convenience Store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, assigning duties and tasks as needed.
- Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and customer service.
As a Store Manager at B D Convenience Store, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration. You will be required to work a minimum of 30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
Language and Work TermThe primary language of work is English, and this is a permanent full-time position.
