Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to join our team at B D Cannabis Store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and motivate a team of 11-15 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the selection and procurement of merchandise for resale, ensuring a wide range of products that meet customer demands.
- Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and staff productivity, making data-driven decisions to improve store operations and sales growth.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail management experience or equivalent experience.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service and sales growth.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
