Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to join our team at B D Cannabis Store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 11-15 staff members, assigning duties and responsibilities to ensure that the store is running effectively.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold in the store, ensuring that they meet the needs and expectations of our customers.
- Procurement: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring that it is of high quality and meets our store's standards.
- Staffing Requirements: Determine the staffing requirements for the store, ensuring that we have the right number of staff members to meet customer demand.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
- Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of the store, ensuring that it runs efficiently and effectively.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or store management role.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
