- Develop training materials and provide hands-on training to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the ERP system.
- Ensure the continuous optimization of the ERP system by reviewing performance, gathering user feedback, and implementing system enhancements.
- Conduct system audits and performance reviews to ensure efficient operation and resolve any potential issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvements and implement ERP updates that enhance overall functionality.
- Provide ongoing support for ERP users, addressing any technical issues, system errors, or inquiries, and troubleshooting or escalating issues as needed.
- Provide IT support for hardware, software, network, and system issues, ensuring all IT systems are functioning smoothly.
- Manage and support IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers to ensure seamless operations.
- Install, configure, and maintain software and systems across various hardware platforms to optimize performance.
- Oversee system documentation and maintain user accounts, ensuring compliance with company standards and security protocols.
- Assist in cybersecurity efforts, ensuring systems and data are secure and up to date.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years experience as an ERP specialist in a related industry.
- Hands-on experience implementing and configuring ERP systems, preferably with Fenevision or similar ERP platforms in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience with full lifecycle ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, design, testing, training, and deployment.
- Prior experience providing technical support, maintenance, and administration of ERP systems, including system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Experience with data migration, system integration, and ensuring data consistency and integrity.
- Proven experience in IT support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address both ERP-related and IT infrastructure issues.
- Strong communication abilities to explain complex systems to non-technical users.
- Do you have experience working with ERP systems? If so, which systems have you worked with, and in what capacity?
- Can you describe a time when you had to troubleshoot or implement changes within an ERP system? What was the outcome?
- How comfortable are you with providing technical support for ERP applications, including software updates, user permissions, and system maintenance?
