Transportation Operations Supervisor

As a Transportation Operations Supervisor at Saihaj Enterprises ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing the movement of goods and equipment, ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role involves coordinating with drivers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to optimize routes and schedules.
Key Responsibilities:- Route Planning and Optimization: Develop and implement efficient routes to minimize travel time and reduce costs.
- Driver Management: Supervise and coordinate with drivers to ensure they have the necessary information and resources to complete their tasks.
- Dispatch and Scheduling: Work with dispatchers to schedule pickups and deliveries, ensuring timely and safe transportation of goods and equipment.
- Logistics and Operations: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics and operations, including maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, monitoring and mitigating risks to drivers, equipment, and the environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or a related field
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office
