Motel Operations Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Terrace. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
- Establish and implement work schedules and procedures to maximize productivity
- Perform same duties as workers supervised to maintain a hands-on approach
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management on motel performance
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
Work Environment
- Permanent position
- 30 to 40 hours per week
- Work Language: English
