Saihaj Enterprises ltd is seeking a skilled Truck Driver Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation operations and a proven track record of supervising drivers and projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing production and other reports
  • Recommending measures to improve work methods
  • Resolving work problems, providing technical advice, and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Supervising workers and projects
  • Coordinating and scheduling activities
  • Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed
  • Recommending personnel actions
  • Coordinating repairs and rentals
  • Requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies

The successful candidate will have:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks
  • Team player with a positive attitude
