Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage a team of more than 20 employees, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure that our restaurant meets the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets and financial reports, ensuring that our restaurant operates within budget and that we are meeting our financial targets.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, helping to promote our restaurant and attract new customers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast food restaurant or similar environment.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and electronic cash registers.
