Job Title: Agricultural Livestock Service Worker

We are seeking a skilled Agricultural Livestock Service Worker to join our team at HyLife Foods LP. As a key member of our farm operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and well-being of our livestock.

Job Summary:
  • Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens, and other work areas.
  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient use of time.
  • Disinfect pens, barns, or poultry houses to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Handle animals with care and attention to detail.
  • Monitor animal health and report any concerns to management.
  • Feed and tend to animals, ensuring their nutritional needs are met.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures.
  • Maintain quality control and production records.
  • Clean stables, barns, barnyards, and pens to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Maintain work records and logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee the loading and unloading of goods to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Collect and analyze data and samples to inform decision-making.
  • Document work completed and report any issues or concerns to management.
