Your job entails adopting a friendly approach, actively listening, and providing a people-centric experience for branch clients. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting clients and answering their questions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Helping clients navigate our banking applications and ATMs.
  • Listening attentively to clients' needs and resolving complex situations effectively.
  • Providing advice and transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients.
  • Building lasting business relationships through effective communication and trust-building.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction and engagement through proactive support.
  • Referring clients to specialist colleagues for specific needs.
  • Maintaining adherence to compliance and risk management guidelines.

Our team is located at the head office of National Bank, and our branch operates from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm. We offer flexible work schedules depending on team availability. You will be part of a dynamic team of experts specializing in investment, credit, mortgage financing, and more.

As a Financial Service Expert, you will work closely with colleagues who value passionate individuals and bold ideas. We prioritize knowledge sharing and collaboration to ensure our clients achieve their goals and our colleagues excel in their roles.

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following prerequisites:

  • Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent qualification.

  • Show interest in technology and proficiency in sharing knowledge.
  • Be able to adapt to various situations and priorities.
