Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W Hawkesbury. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Maintain Records: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, ensuring that management is informed of key performance indicators.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Environment: Noisy and hot work environment, with a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
