Director, Organizational Development and Change Management

At Accoravillage, we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Organizational Development and Change Management team. As Director, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that enhance our organizational capabilities and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement organizational development strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior leaders on change management and organizational design.
  • Lead the development and execution of talent management programs, including succession planning and leadership development.
  • Oversee employee engagement initiatives and manage change management programs to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Optimize organizational data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform strategic decisions.
  • Design and deliver education, training, and awareness programs to support business transformations and maximize employee potential.
  • Manage the assessment of organizational needs and design programs to facilitate professional development, coaching, and continuous learning.
  • Lead the development of coaching programs to enhance leadership skills and team effectiveness.
  • Ensure executive leadership competencies are up-to-date and relevant through continuous discussion with senior leaders.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies and tactics to support successful adoption of organizational change initiatives.

Requirements:

  • University degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Adult Education, or related field.
  • Certifications and applied practice in facilitation, coaching, talent management, or leadership development.
  • Change management certification or designation, such as ProsciTM.
  • 10 years of full scope of organizational development experience.
  • Extensive experience in change management or related roles, with a proven track record of leading successful organizational change initiatives.
  • Subject matter expertise in change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Expert knowledge of OD interventions, including individual and team building.
  • Expert knowledge of organizational design, with experience in supporting leaders through transformational initiatives.
  • Extensive experience in talent development strategies, including succession planning, organizational development, talent management, etc.
  • Demonstrated expertise in employee coaching, leadership development, and adult learning.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships, working with all levels of management, and influencing senior executives across an organization.
  • Ability to problem-solve and manage conflict.
