Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Controller - Supply Chain Finance Lead to join our team in Toronto, ON or Delta, BC. This role will be responsible for providing financial leadership and expertise to support the supply chain operations, including co-packers, and ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis for the supply chain operations, including co-packers, to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis;
  • Provide financial guidance and support to supply leaders throughout the post-close cycle to explain performance variances and provide guidance on cost-related targets;
  • Manage the preparation of the budget for Canada supply (excluding central overheads) and assist in building plans to achieve cost-related targets;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for cost savings and implement initiatives to reduce costs;
  • Ensure compliance with Canadian GAAP and regulatory requirements;

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • University degree in Business or related field;
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Certified Professional Accountant;
  • Thorough knowledge of Canadian GAAP and financial accounting principles;
  • Strong fundamental accounting skills and ability to analyze complex financial data;
  • Knowledge of the beer business, including production and distribution;
  • Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Knowledge of Financial SAP;
  • Able to work within tight reporting deadlines and in a stressful environment;
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently;

Salary

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
