Senior Sales Manager

Join e.l.f. Beauty, a leading beauty company, as a Senior Sales Manager in our Canadian market. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving the commercial performance of our multi-brand portfolio in Canada.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute short and long-term growth strategies for our brands in the Canadian market.
- Partner with senior-level counterparts at key retailers to drive business growth and improve brand visibility.
- Lead the channel and market distribution strategy in Canada, expanding and strengthening our business in existing partners and identifying new areas of commercial opportunity.
- Oversee all relevant retailer negotiations, including sales and revenue goals, margin, and retailer profitability.
- Guide and mentor a local account management team and work cross-functionally with key partners to ensure the needs of the business are elevated and fully supported.
- 15-20+ years of experience in the beauty industry, with a proven track record of success in a sales/commercial role in the Canadian market.
- Outstanding industry reputation, with established relationships with senior players at Shopper's Drug Mart and Walmart Canada.
- Success building high-performing commercial teams and managing multiple retailers.
- P&L management experience, with budgetary ownership and development.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
