Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Swift Accounting Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Operations: Assist with the planning and organization of daily operations, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, clients, and vendors, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including files, databases, and other documentation.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment, with a dynamic and supportive team. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Language

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work

The successful candidate will work 35 to 40 hours per week.
