RJM Tax & Accounting Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements and reports for individuals, departments, or companies.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, procedures, and internal control, and identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop financial plans for clients, analyze financial documents and reports, and provide financial advice.
- Client Service: Provide excellent client service, including responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in accounting software and systems.
