Job Title: Bookkeeping Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeping Clerk to join our team at Incomatic Accounting Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process payroll cheques
  • Manage and maintain financial records and accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Reconcile accounts and prepare financial statements
  • Post journal entries and prepare statistical reports
  • Prepare tax returns and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • 35 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
